Terms of Service
Last updated:
By signing up for Clientell you agree to these terms. Like our privacy policy, we keep this short and human. Read carefully — if anything is unclear, email hello@graysandtech.com before you commit.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for everything that happens in your workspace. If you invite team members, you are also responsible for those invitations.
What you can use the product for
Pretty much anything legal. Do not use Clientell to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content.
- Harass, defraud, or impersonate other people.
- Attempt to break into our systems or other users' workspaces.
- Resell access without an arrangement with us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — we will always tell you why if we do.
Your content
You own everything you create in Clientell — clients, projects, line items, invoices, notes. We use it only to provide the service — see the privacy policy for specifics.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the product up and fast. We do not promise specific uptime. If something goes wrong, we will communicate clearly and fix it.
Disclaimers
Clientell helps you generate invoices and track work — it is not a tax, legal, or accounting advisor. The AI assistant routes requests to third-party models; we don't guarantee the accuracy of model outputs. Use professional judgment for anything that matters.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will let you know via email or an in-product notice before they take effect.
