I can't sign in.
Clientell uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send a magic link (web) or a six-digit code (iOS). Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute. Still stuck? Email us.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email hello@graysandtech.com from your account email and we will delete your account and all associated workspace data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.
A model reply was wrong or inappropriate.
The AI assistant routes to third-party models — outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate. Email us with the conversation so we can review and tune guardrails.
Can I use Clientell for tax or legal advice?
No. Clientell helps you bill clients and track work — it is not a substitute for a tax advisor or attorney.
